About Silvia
My greatest joy outside of real estate is my family. I am the proud mother of four—one daughter and three sons—and a grateful “Gamma” to two wonderful grandchildren. My family reminds me every day of the importance of love, relationships, and community.
Real estate has been my passion since 2008, and I became a RE/MAX agent in 2013. Today, I proudly serve as Agent Development Director for RE/MAX RESULTS, where I help new agents discover their potential, grow their businesses, and build meaningful careers, while continuing to serve buyers, sellers, and families throughout the community I love.
I am honored by the opportunities I have had to lead and serve throughout my career, including being named 2016 REALTOR® of the Year, serving as President of the Sumter Board of REALTORS® in 2017, and graduating from the SCR Leadership.
As a Veteran (US Navy, US Army), the wife of a retired Air Force veteran, and a former Key Spouse at Shaw AFB, supporting military families is especially meaningful to me. I understand the unique challenges of military relocation and am passionate about helping families navigate the process, including VA financing, while finding a place they can truly call home.
My commitment to Sumter extends beyond real estate. I proudly serve as an Ambassador to the Greater Sumter Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Sumter/Shaw Community Committee, and a 2019 Tuomey Fellows graduate.
At the heart of everything I do is one simple goal: build genuine relationships, serve others, and make a positive difference. I believe God has written a beautiful story for my life—and He is still writing it. Every person I meet and every opportunity to serve is another chapter.
If I can make someone's day a little brighter, help someone take a step toward their dream, or leave someone better than I found them, then I know I have fulfilled my purpose.
